    Ellen Knudsen    Vice President    Elected to 3 year term  - 2020  Ellen Knudsen grew up in Bismarck and is a local entrepreneur that owns River Road Gardens, a chemical free landscape company. Ellen Knudsen grew up in Bismarck and is a local entrepreneur that owns River Road Gardens, a chemical free landscape company. With her business and in life, she has taken on the motto of “Earth Care, People Care.” In her spare time, she has helped non-profits develop supply chains and functional office systems.     Emily Brown    Elected to 3 year term  - 2020  New to the BisMan area, Emily Brown works for USDA Rural Development supporting community economic development projects across the state. She is passionate about expanding North Dakota’s local food infrastructure and supporting small producers. Emily received a Master of Community and Regional Planning from the University of Oregon, and also has a degree in Environmental Science.
