Tracy Potter   Founding member of the Co-op with his wife Laura Anhalt, Tracy is an author and historian. 1993-2015 he directed the Fort Abraham Lincoln Foundation and Missouri Riverboat Corporation, creating budgets and marketing campaigns, fundraising, working with a board, and managing a staff of 80-120 employees. Ondine “Dina” Baird   Dina Baird is seeking her second term on the Board of Directors of the Co-op. She was elected at a critical time for the Co-op in its early life, and is proud of the progress that has been made over the last two years to stabilize the Co-op’s finances. One way she assists others in this is through her local menu planning business. Weisz believes in the Co-op’s three guiding principles, the strength of our local economy, and the health of our earth.
